Egg substitute to the rescue!

If you're thinking "I'd pretty much die for a chocolate raspberry cupcake right now" but you don't have any egg substitute in your kitchen cupboard, you can use this mix in an emergency: soften 1 tsp. agar agar or similar in 1 tbsp cold water. Then add 2 tbsp boiling water and mix.
I'd recommend this though: eggy!
